Martina Porcu is the twenty-year-old from Siurgus Donigala who died last night in an accident along state road 128, in the territory of Suelli.

The student was traveling in a Golf driven perhaps by a 25-year-old from Ortacesus. According to an initial reconstruction, the car went off the road at kilometer 20 of state road 128, ending up in a canal after crossing the roundabout that leads to Selegas.

The young woman, daughter of Paolo Porcu, former footballer of the local team, died instantly: the 25-year-old was also injured and ended up at Brotzu where he is hospitalized. His life is not in danger. The boy, when 118 arrived, was no longer at the scene of the accident: injured and in shock, he managed to reach the house of a friend nearby and the latter called for help. There were probably two other people on board the car.

The Carabinieri of Senorbì intervened on site, who are investigating the exact dynamics, the firefighters and an ambulance from 118.
