Tortolì, huge fire in Monte Attu: the Orientale reopened after a few hours

A large fire broke out around midday in the industrial area of Monte Attu , on the western side of Tortolì.

The flames broke out between a warehouse and the Abbanoa water purification plant .

For safety reasons, Anas closed the Orientale for a few hours at kilometer 140,200.

The teams from the Tortolì, Lanusei, Macomer, Bono, San Vito detachment and two teams from the Nuoro headquarters are on site for a total of 36 firefighters and 15 vehicles.

Thanks to the impressive device put in place, the situation has improved, the Orientale has been reopened and the fire has been put out, with clean-up operations underway.
