They refuse payment with the Pos, seven commercial activities in the Sassari area have been sanctioned

Sweeping checks by the Fiamme Gialle of the Provincial Command of Sassari on compliance with the availability of pos in the commercial activities of the territory and as required by the new legislation.

In the last two weeks , seven violations were found, mostly ascertained in the context of checks in bars, restaurants and tobacconists in tourist resorts , in some cases resulting from complaints presented by customers.

The violation provides for an administrative sanction equal to 30 euros , increased by 4% of the value of the transaction for which the acceptance of payment was refused, with the exclusion of the possibility of making use of the payment at a reduced rate.

The controls , the financiers specify, will continue in the coming weeks and will be intensified on the occasion of the upcoming holidays.
