Even the Sardinian TAR confirmed the presidential provision in favor of Florio and the local Ninnos, freezing at least until November the sanction that the Municipality of Cagliari had inflicted on the two businesses for outdoor music.

The two premises in via San Domenico, in Cagliari, will therefore not have to remove all the external tables due to the suspension of the concession for 30 days , decided after an inspection by the traffic police which dates back to early May. Now as a precautionary measure the Tar, to which they have turned, has suspended the effectiveness of the sanction imposed by the production activities service of Palazzo Bacaredda.

The judges postponed the merits to a hearing in the autumn, thus saving the outdoor season of the two well-known clubs defended by the lawyers Matilde Mura (Ninnos) and Aldo Luchi, Jacopo Fiori and Monica Murgia (Florio).
