On the hereditary issue relating to the family of Francesco Rocca - the dentist from Gavoi who is serving a life sentence as he was believed to have instigated the murder of his wife, Dina Dore , which took place in 2008 - the court of Nuoro will decide at the beginning of summer 2022 .
In yesterday's hearing, the civil judge Tiziana Rocca read the notes presented by the parties and allowed 60 days for the final declarations. From 21 February you will have 90 days to make a decision. The lawsuit was brought by Rocca's mother and two sisters with the intention of "stripping him" of his possessions which, according to them, must be included in the family axis "to guarantee the assets of the little daughter". They also claim to have spent the portion of the inheritance to pay the lawyers and honor the relative's other debts, a total of about 800 thousand euros, and what remains should go to them.
For the lawyers who represent Dina Dore's family and who protect the couple's 13-year-old daughter - the lawyers Annamaria Busia and Francesca Calabrò - in reality it would be just a cunning with which they would like to avoid making the assets attackable by the Dores, beneficiaries of a provisional payment after the sentence, and by the minor daughter herself, for whose compensation another civil lawsuit is pending.
The lawyers of the Dore family and of Rocca's daughter found the proposal presented in June inadmissible and which also included the offer of the girl's grandmother and aunts to pay for her studies, asking however to renounce the cause and the attachment promoted by the Dore .
It will be the judge, based on the documentation acquired by the Rocca family - represented by the lawyers Giampaolo Mura and Giovanni Pinna Parpaglia - and the documents presented by the other parties in the case, to decide the fate of the family inheritance.
In addition, the lawyers Busia and Calabrò, in the interest of the 13-year-old and her aunt Graziella Dore, to whom the girl was entrusted, gave rise to another civil proceeding, notifying the summons for the recognition of the maintenance and for the arrears, quantified at 58 thousand euros. The next hearing, before judge Salvatore Falzoi, is scheduled for February 1, 2022.
