He collaborated in a street vending business while absent from work due to illness . This is what emerges from the charges brought by public prosecutor Gianmarco Vargiu against a municipal worker from Tempio .
According to the case brought before the Gallura town's judges, the man allegedly operated a truck while on sick leave as a street vendor. The Tempe municipal employee (a maintenance worker at the time) was allegedly subjected to a police check while on board the truck equipped for fruit and vegetable sales. This led to the complaint and the trial.
After the incidents reported to the Tempio Public Prosecutor's Office , the man ceased working for the municipal administration, but not because of the criminal investigation . The Municipality of Tempio has filed a civil action against the worker, who denies all the allegations.
