Tons of pork with a certificate for marketing and consumption; a load sold wholesale and retail and arrived at delicatessens, butchers, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and canteens. The Ministry of Health immediately issued a red alert to all regions, and so the protocol for tracking, withdrawing and recalling the goods was started.
The risk that the disease returns to the Island is increasingly concrete . Moreover, starting from September 2023, it is the third time that meat from infected farms has entered our region.
