Organized by the Pro Loco with the patronage of the Municipality, the masked parade takes place in Sinnai in the afternoon with the participation of groups and allegorical floats. «For the success of the event - we read in a statement from the local police - it is necessary to suspend the circulation, at the time of transit of the procession and ensure that the route is clear of cars parked in the narrowest streets".

"We therefore ask for the widest collaboration of residents in respecting the ordinance banning parking from 1pm to 6pm with a ban on parking and forced removal from 1pm to 6pm."
THE ROUTE – The route concerned is the following, starting and arriving from Piazza Sant'Isidoro: Via Lombardia – Via Basilicata – Via S.Elena – Via Pintor – Via Battisti -Via Constitution – Via IV Novembre – Via Della Libertà – Via Tevere – Via Flumendosa – Via Piave – Via Di Vittorio – Via Concas – Via I° Maggio – Via Perra – Via Respighi – Via Puccini – Via Bellini – Via Porrino – Via Cilea – Via Verdi – Via Rossini – Via Roma – Via Trieste – Via Gorizia – Via Forreddu – Via Oriente – Via Mara – Via Roma – Via Funtanaziu – arrival.

The return is scheduled in Piazza Sant'Isidoro where there will be an award ceremony for masks and floats, distribution of zeppole, chats and musical entertainment. Also on the program is a video projection of past Sinnaese Carnival events since 1992 and the screening of the full version of the Ancient Comedy "Parodia Cranovali Mottu", written and directed by maestro Bruno Orru.

The Sinnaese carnival will end with the Is cerbus event which will be proposed by the association of the same name.

The presence of masks from other parts of the island was also announced . For Shrove Thursday, the parade was organized by the school again through the streets of the town with great participation.
