The cloths arrive on time , but they are not good for the patient and after months the ASL has still not intervened to solve the problem . This is what happens at Simaxis, and the story is told by Serafino Carta, who looks after his 35-year-old disabled son.

«Since the end of June I have been forced to pay for all the clothes needed to look after my son every day , three a day for a total of around 30 euros every ten days . This is because the clothes that arrive at our house from the ASL do not support the right size".

Serafino Carta does not count the times he has called the Prosthetics Office which deals with the delivery of the clothes: «Most of the time no one answers - he continues - This is good to say. And when I managed to speak to the operators I was always told that the problem could not be solved. I asked several times to explain the problem to some manager of the healthcare company but I was never able to speak to anyone."

Therefore, cloths continue to arrive at the Carta house which unfortunately cannot be used: «And in the meantime I continue to pay for a service that my son receives for free. This is all absurd. Patients are increasingly abandoned. In my house there are boxes of clothes that could be used by another person , this is all absurd."
