Selargius, tragic accident on 387: a motorcyclist dies

A motorcyclist died in an accident that occurred this afternoon, April 12, on State Road 387, in the territory of Selargius. The victim was called Giacomo Zucca, he was 32 years old: born in Isili, he was a resident of Cagliari but was in Dolianova. In the evening, the body was returned to the family .

The crash, at kilometre 9,100, occurred against a car, a Punto, driven by an eighty-one year old, Mario Perra: it is not clear whether the vehicle was travelling in the opposite direction or if it had just entered the main road.

There was also one injured: Carlo Murgia was riding with the victim and was transferred to Brotzu in serious conditions.

On site, in addition to the 118 and the firefighters of the Cagliari command, the local police of Selargius and the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile of Quartu intervened. The State Road 387 is now open to traffic again.
