Car on fire in the night between Sunday and Monday in Santa Giusta . An Opel Corsa, owned by a retired policeman, was destroyed by flames in via Manzoni.

The alarm went off around two in the morning , the Oristano fire brigade teams intervened and put out the flames and made the area safe.

The police are also on site carrying out investigations; the hypothesis is that the origin of the fire was arson but at the moment checks are still underway.

Santa Giusta has also been the scene of numerous malicious car fires in the past.
