New wave of bad weather on the Island , which due to a North Atlantic depression that persists over the Mediterranean is today affected by widespread instability, with storms of even strong intensity starting from the western sector, and then gradually throughout the rest of the region.

The Civil Protection has issued a yellow alert - ordinary criticality - for hydrogeological risk linked to storms on Iglesiente, Campidano, Montevecchio Pischinappiu, Tirso and Logudoro. The warning is valid until 9 pm.

The experts of the Air Force Weather Office in Decimomannu also report the arrival of strong winds , first from the southern quadrants and from late morning rotating from the south-west.

Temperatures are slightly decreasing in the central western areas of the island, between 17 and 22 degrees, slightly increasing along the eastern coasts, with peaks of 27-28 degrees.

The weather, warn the meteorologists of Decimo, will remain disturbed also in the next few days, only from Friday is an improvement possible.
