"The gastronomic guide of Sardinia. A journey through the products and traditional recipes of Sardinia. 34 itineraries 4 seasons" is the book by Ornella D'Alessio which will be presented on 10 August at 7 pm, in the Piazzetta of the former Convent of the Franciscans of Padria .

The work is a sort of journey in 34 itineraries in Sardinia of taste through the 4 seasons, with the story of agricultural and food products and traditional dishes. Each chapter of the book, also enriched by a series of photographs, is closed by a typical recipe.

Ornella d'Alessio, a great traveller, lover and connoisseur of Sardinia, is the author of tourist and gastronomic guides and reports from around the world , over the years she has collaborated with the main Italian and international travel magazines.

The event is organized by the Isperas inter-municipal cultural association in collaboration with the Municipality of Padria.
