The personnel of the Cites-Operative Department "Soarda" group stopped him yesterday in Quartucciu while, in the locality of Sant'Isidoro, he was picking up a cage from the ground. Inside were two specimens of goldfinch. The man, a 65-year-old resident of Quartu and in the past already reported for similar situations, was accompanied by the military to his home where a search was carried out which allowed to find 12 specimens of live goldfinches on the terrace, a specimen of a deceased goldfinch, 2 live specimens of blackbird, one live specimen of finch, one live specimen of siskin, one live specimen of calender. There was also a green cage / trap whose use is prohibited for capturing birds.

For the 65-year-old the inevitable complaint to the Prosecutor's Office.
