After three years, the fountain in Piazza Roma is back in operation in Oristano.
It had stopped working during a demonstration by shepherds protesting against the price of milk.
The farmers poured liters and liters of milk that entered the engine system damaging it beyond recovery.
The municipality and the Oristano services have restored the pumps of the system that feeds the source, allowing the fountain to return to full activity, which will operate every day from 9 to 12.30 and from 18 to 23.30.
