Nuoro: driving while intoxicated, 4 licenses withdrawn

Four licenses withdrawn, 50 points deducted. This is the summary of the weekend's activities by the traffic police in the province of Nuoro.

The officers checked 50 drivers: 46 were subjected to tests with the precursor for driving under the influence of psychotropic substances or narcotics.

50 points were deducted and 4 licenses were withdrawn for driving while intoxicated: among these two men aged between 31 and 50 with a blood alcohol level higher than twice the maximum permitted limit, and a 51 year old with a blood alcohol level higher than three times the allowed limit, everyone was charged with freedom. The fourth driver is a young 24-year-old new driver sanctioned with the administrative offence.
