Moratorium, examination in the Chamber begins

The examination of the Council's bill to try to stop the wind attack began recently in the Regional Council. The moratorium will not have an easy life in the Chamber, where the opposition will present around seventy amendments.
"Useless" moratorium according to the committees against energy speculation that are demonstrating today under the building of the Sardinian Assembly , because the objective for Sardinia of producing "an enormity" such as 6.2 gigawatts of renewables by 2030 remains, and because not able to stop all requests for authorizations in the field.
Instances which - while the bill was going through its process - increased further, for a power of almost 50 gigawatts. Now it is time for the majority reports (by the president of the Urban Planning commission Roberto Li Gioi) and the minority reports (by Stefano Tunis of Sardinia at the 20Venti center).
The general discussion will continue with a first intervention. Then lunch break, to start again at 4.30pm and finish around 8pm. Today no green light anyway. The House will meet again tomorrow morning at 10.30.
