There is a complaint about the massacre of cats in the municipal parks of Cagliari . For months, numerous felines have been mauled by aggressive dogs.

The situation of Terramaini and the Jovanotti park of Sant'Elia is described by the municipal councilor Marcello Polastri in a report presented to the authorities.

«It is not at all tolerable in a city to witness dogs who, in front of your eyes as you walk down the street or in the park, tear their targeted prey to pieces, be it a cat or another animal, before the eyes of whoever that animal he looked after shortly before". Not only that: « What if they were to blame a child? There are those who have the duty to intervene to prevent it in a wise and provident manner. And that's why I turned to the ASL and informed the local police ».

In the detailed document, several images: «They were provided to me by the Cagliari cat and cat owners who were not considered at all, despite having regularly registered the colonies themselves. This is not right at all and requires a trend reversal, a position taken by the instructions in charge», Polastri reiterates.
