The carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the Cagliari Company arrested a 21-year-old from Sestu .
The young man, a guest of the L'Aquilone community, already burdened by previous complaints, has violated the measures of removal from the family home and prohibition of approaching the places frequented by the injured person.
He had gone to the home of his mother and her cohabitant, not respecting the prohibition imposed on him by the Gip of the Court of Cagliari.
The removal was ordered for mistreatment in the family .
