A shopping center held hostage by gangs of kids who fought each other without holding back: it happened at Le Vele, in Quartucciu, when at the end of last month the tensions involved about 80 minors who had forced the security men to filter access - only adults and families - to prevent the situation from degenerating.
A non-isolated phenomenon, on which the Cagliari Police Headquarters has decided to intervene: the activities implemented have been illustrated with a note. The extraordinary services of prevention and control of the territory by the Cagliari State Police have been implemented in the historic districts of the city and in the hinterland.

Between Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 April, during the targeted service, the police identified over 500 people. Since the beginning of the year, the State Police alone has identified over 700 minors and about ten of these have been entrusted to their parents, because they were presumed responsible for crimes such as theft, receiving stolen goods and resisting a public official.
