In Cagliari and the Metropolitan City alone there are over three thousand children without a pediatrician . Doctors retire and are not replaced, because, in fact, there are none.

A serious problem, raised in recent days by the centre-left city councilors Giulia Andreozzi and Camilla Soru, who organized a protest sit-in this morning in front of the headquarters of the regional health department .

Andreozzi and Soru, together with the regional councilors of the Pd Piero Comandini and Valter Piscedda, then met the commissioner Carlo Doria, who undertook to find solutions for the emergency in the short and medium term .
