Illegal slot machines, seizures and fines of over 180 thousand euros in the Cagliari area

Twelve illegal slot machines and 3,500 euros seized, one reported and fines of 180 thousand euros.
These are the numbers of the checks carried out by the Guardia di Finanza as part of a centrally coordinated activity to combat the spread of illegal gambling and betting throughout the province of Cagliari .
During inspections in some exercises, the military of the yellow flames discovered 12 irregular slots, not connected to the Customs and Monopoly Administration network: some had been installed without authorization and offered illegal games. The machines and the money inside were confiscated.
"The owners of the activities in which the irregular equipment was installed - explained by the Fiamme Gialle - were the recipients of various administrative sanctions for a total amount of over 180,000 euros ".
One of them has also been charged with computer fraud, gambling and failure to display the table of prohibited games.
