During nighttime raids by gutter thieves in Sassari, copper pipes were removed from the facades and stolen from several buildings.

Operations were carried out in the dead of night, even on multiple occasions. Such was the case in a building on Viale San Francesco, in the Cappuccini neighborhood, where copper thieves worked two nights in a row to remove sections of guttering, which they loaded onto a van.

No one noticed the double night visit, only in the morning the victims saw the results of the raid.
