Girotonno, in Carloforte cuisine and music with i Nomadi and Raf

The notes of the Nomads and those of Raf will accompany the nineteenth edition of the Girotonno , the most awaited event in Carloforte , which returns from June 1st to 4th .

Six countries competing for the "Tuna cuisine competition", the heart of the event, an international challenge with recipes based on cooked and raw tuna. After the victory of Lebanon , Italy will try to improve on the third place of the 2022 edition: judging the dishes, a popular jury made up of Girotonno visitors, and a technician, presided over by the well-known food blogger Chiara Maci .

In the four days, various show-cookings and the possibility of tasting in the "Tuna village". In the early evening, here is the concert of the Nomads , who will perform with their "Live Tour 2023" which celebrates 60 years of music. The day after space for comedy with Uccio De Santis , while on the 3rd it will be the turn of Raf .
