Gas leak, an apartment building in Nuoro evacuated

Fear this morning in via Aosta due to a gas leak inside an apartment building.

The Nuoro firefighters arrived on site and found a significant gas leak inside a house on the third floor. Given the impossibility of accessing the apartment due to the owner's absence, as a precaution the firefighters carried out the complete evacuation of the building and then used the ladder truck to go back to the point of gas leakage and subsequently made it safe.

The team's timely intervention avoided much more serious consequences. The state police was also present on site.
