Marco Pes, engineer and consultant to prosecutor Milena Aucone, has submitted an expert report reconstructing the Porto Cervo tragedy. The BMW X5 SUV driven by German entrepreneur Vivian Spohr suddenly sped away when the woman began to cross the street near a pedestrian crossing. The all-electric car struck the victim, who was thrown violently onto the asphalt.

The sudden acceleration, which was not blocked by the collision avoidance systems, must now be explained. A frame from a video acquired by the Tempio Prosecutor's Office shows the driver at the moment of impact. Vivian Spohr is looking down to the right and is not carrying her phone. The victim's family, represented by lawyer Antonello Desini, also has two consultants, Gianluca Langiu and Gianluca Lombardi.

The two specialists have acquired evidence that confirms the Tempio Pausania prosecutor's findings. The sudden acceleration of a modern, brand-new electric car (registered eight months before the accident) must now be explained.
