From Maracalagonis desks and chairs for schools in Lebanon

A gift from the Municipality and the Maracalagonis school to the children of Lebanon. Done through the "Sassari" Brigade, which will soon be engaged in a peace support operation in Lebanon and which is promoting a collection of humanitarian aid aimed at supporting the right to study of Lebanese minors who find themselves in difficult situations.

In this regard, precisely to guarantee and support an adequate scholastic path, a donation of 10 desks and 20 chairs was made by the Municipality of Maracalagonis and through the Alessandro Manzoni Comprehensive Institute. The furnishings were delivered to the soldiers of the "Sassari" Logistics Regiment who will take them to Lebanon. The students, the school director Emanuele Lampis and the mayor Francesca Fadda were very satisfied. "An important, targeted gesture, with thoughts aimed at those who also need a better school."
