Drawn up in 1996, it no longer responds to reality. For this reason the Municipality of Quartu has decided to reset the ranking for the allocation of public housing. Declared "obsolete", it will be replaced with the new one that will come out of the announcement that the manager of the Social Policy sector will have to prepare on a mandate from the junta led by the mayor Graziano Milia.

The last one dates back to 26 years ago and the resulting list “has never been updated” , reads the resolution of the city executive, even if “it is still formally active”. From discussions between the Department and the Area (Regional Agency for Housing) it emerged that "the scores attributed to those entitled to it no longer correspond to the state of affairs".

Hence the decision: it is necessary "and no longer postponed to initiate in the short term the procedures established pursuant to Regional Law 13/89 aimed at the drafting, subject to public announcement, of the new ranking aimed at

possible assignment of public housing units located within the territory of the Municipality of Quartu ".
