On April 8th, the Tempio Tribunal will auction off an ultra-luxury villa in the Cussorgia di Miata complex (6 buildings spread over approximately 5,000 square meters , including a residence consisting of 12 villas), one of the most prestigious properties in Liscia di Vacca (Porto Cervo).

The value of the residence, according to the estimates of the technicians appointed by the judge of the real estate executions, is about 30 million euros. In the compendium there is a Tibetan bridge, an internal swimming pool with portholes and a padel court.

The Tempio Court had suspended the judicial sale pending the resolution of a criminal case that culminated in the seizure of the property . The residence is attributable to the Tuscan lawyer Claudio Lalli, considered one of the best Italian labor lawyers. Lalli is known for having successfully represented thousands of workers in various cases that had national importance, all of which ended with the victory of the labor lawyer's clients against private companies and public bodies.
