The judge for the preliminary hearings of the Court of Cagliari has admitted as civil parties the Sardinia Region and the Legambiente associations, the Legal Intervention Group and the Let's Throw the Bases committee , excluding the Military Party and a group of citizens of Teulada who had filed a request of constitution. On the other hand, the request for admission from the Ministry of Defense as civilian responsible was accepted.

Thus decided the judge Giuseppe Pintori during the preliminary hearing in Cagliari which will have to decide on the request for indictment of five generals , all former chiefs of staff, who ended up under investigation for environmental disaster as part of the investigation of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
