«We as a union have decided to be able to form a civil party because we want to understand the reason why Ignazio was crushed by a garbage disposal and to be able to continue our fight and commitment to ensure that these deaths do not happen again on workers' posts . He cannot be present today, but we are here to remember him and to remember all the other deaths at work, to ask for less exploitation, to ask for more safety in the workplace."
