The Carabinieri of the Dolianova Station executed a precautionary order issued by the Court of Cagliari against a 48-year-old resident of the town.
The order prohibits residents from residing in the municipality of Dolianova and prohibits anyone from approaching the injured parties, requiring them to maintain a distance of no less than 1,000 meters, monitored with an electronic bracelet.
The decision stems from a complex family situation that culminated in a serious incident on January 29th. According to the reconstruction, the man, clearly in a state of agitation, allegedly attacked his relatives, specifically two women over sixty, for trivial reasons, threatening them with a switchblade.
Subsequent investigations revealed a pattern of repeated harassment, threats, and previous assaults, attributable to the hypothesis of stalking.
These factors led to the immediate activation of the "Red Code" and the subsequent order reinforced by electronic monitoring devices carried out in the last few hours.
