Two people were reported for the attack , which took place on April 29 in via San Gottardo in Monserrato , against the driver of a Ctm bus.

According to what was reconstructed by the Cagliari Police who investigated the affair, the 56-year-old - in a car with his son - had chased the public transport which, in his opinion, had not given him priority shortly before.

As soon as the bus stopped, the man climbed aboard and hit the driver with a stone in the face . His son also helped him, kicking the unfortunate driver who, bruised and injured in his left eye, was transported from 118 to the emergency room, where they discharged him with a prognosis of seven days.

The men of the Flying Squad identified the attackers thanks to the images of the cameras of the public transport and the testimonies of the passengers, some of whom had even filmed the scene with their cell phones.
