This should end the emergency for numerous localities where, as reported by the mayors, losses were multiplying and Abbanoa responded that he did not have a company to carry out the interventions ( HERE IS THE NEWS ). Meanwhile, the first citizens were forced to issue restrictive ordinances because water was starting to run out.

«The contract was blocked by a dispute relating to some companies excluded from the award», say Abbanoa, «the Administrative Court of Cagliari ruled in favor of the water service provider and confirmed the legitimacy of the assignment of the works to Sardinian company Ser.Lu Costruzioni. The general director of Abbanoa, Stefano Sebastio", continues the note, "was therefore able to proceed with the final award and consequently the works were delivered quickly. Already in recent days, the contracting company has deployed several teams to start the maintenance work that remains pending."
