"I really hope that 2025 will be the year in which the bureaucratic part of the new stadium can be closed, because then from 2026 we will have to start the really complicated work: building it, in an innovative and comfortable way for our fans". This is the wish of Tommaso Giulini, president of Cagliari and guest today at the School of Political Training promoted by the Sardinian Reformers.

" We hope that the conference of services will be closed within a few weeks , at which point the Municipality - hopefully within the first half of this year - will decree the public utility and public interest of the work, and then start the tender", said Giulini.

The patron also had a thought for tomorrow's match (4pm) against Roma , where Cagliari will face the great former Claudio Ranieri: " I'm very happy that the coach is doing very well this year too . I spoke yesterday with the team and with Nicola, we will try to do everything we can to bring something back to Sardinia", concluded Giulini.
