Cagliari, theft of the bag at the restaurant: validated arrest

The arrest of the 25-year-old accused of stealing a woman's bag in a restaurant in Cagliari , in the Marina district, has been validated. The judge of the preliminary investigations did not apply any precautionary measures.

The episode took place on the evening of May 1st. The young man, after grabbing the bag, would have fled but shortly after was blocked by a passerby who tripped him.

The Volante agents had intervened on the spot and identified and controlled the 25-year-old, arresting him for aggravated theft.
