University campus in viale La Plaia, in Cagliari : one lot inaugurated, another blocked. Even before the start of work. The regional commission for the cultural heritage of Sardinia, a ministry body, has placed a restriction on the "new Silos" of the Ex Sem in viale La Plaia: it has been declared a "property of cultural-historical-artistic interest". Untouchable, then.

The structure had to be demolished to build the second block of the university student residence designed by ERSU of Cagliari. A work that must be carried out by the Pellegrini company, the same one that completed the first lot, through a project financing of over 30 million euros.

The stake of the Archaeological Superintendency, driven in with a document signed on May 24 by the president of the commission, Patricia Olivo, messes up the institution's plans for the right to study: "In the next few days we will adopt the countermove", announces the president Cosimo Ghiani.
