The protest of Sardinian farmers and shepherds continues from Tuesday in front of the Customs Pier of the Port of Cagliari to protest against the community policies adopted and planned for the agricultural sector. Some of which are being discussed these days in Brussels.

Some of them recently left the protest to cross the city center with their tractors to Piazza Yenne.

"We need all citizens to join our protest: it is in everyone's interest to eat healthy food", shout the demonstrators who launch an appeal to the Sardinians and the people of Cagliari in particular. "What happens if we stop producing?" they ask.

Meanwhile, the garrison could remain until Monday: «Now we are organizing ourselves and we also want to hear from our colleagues from the rest of the island and the peninsula, we must move with joint actions, but if the music of the European Union does not change here it will revolution risks", explains Roberto Congia, representative of the "Agricultural redemption" committee, which together with the Sardinian Shepherds Movement set up the protest.
