The notice of conclusion of the preliminary investigations relating to the occupation of the Humanitarian Society in the premises of the Mem in Cagliari was notified to the mayor Paolo Truzzu and to the councilor Antonello Angioni.

The controversy had exploded a year ago, with related investigative insights from the prosecutor's office. The hypothesis was that of undue pressure on the former councilor Paola Piroddi and on the municipal manager Antonella Delle Donne to allow the illegitimate permanence of the Humanitarian Society on the premises of the Mem . Premises that the prosecutor Andrea Vacca believes were occupied without title and with an illegitimate use of the spaces, so much so that it would have been the Cineteca Sarda itself which then granted them for use to third parties in exchange for a fee established by a regulation.

Accusation that the prosecutor has now translated into an indictment of complicity in attempted extortion against Angioni and Truzzu.
