The protagonist is a homeless man already known to the police, but his plan fell through when a 35-year-old man the man already knew arrived at the gas station. The 118 emergency responders arrived on the scene and, shortly after, the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section, who, thanks to the images from the video surveillance cameras, reconstructed the episode and reported both contenders: the 35-year-old for serious personal injury, the 49-year-old for aggravated fraud . The latter, after initial treatment on the spot, was taken to the emergency room of the Santissima Trinità.
