The fifty-five-year-old businessman from Cagliari who was involved in an accident on the Asse Mediano highway late Saturday afternoon remains hospitalized in the intensive care unit of Brotzu Hospital.

While riding a scooter, he collided with a car near the Genneruxi exit, heading toward Pirri . His condition immediately appeared serious: the road remained closed during the rescue and survey phases.

The injured man survived the night: his condition is now stable but very serious.
