The attack took place around 3 am on July 15th. One of the young foreigners in particular was relentless with kicks and punches, causing the 60-year-old to fall to the ground and causing him a trauma of the chest and the fracture of three ribs . Then, with the man lying on the ground, he sprayed him with stinging spray, before running away with his friends.

The investigations of the Police, thanks to the examination of the images of the video surveillance cameras and the testimony of the victim, led to the identification of the foreigner, a 24-year-old with a regular residence permit residing in Quartu : the young man was reported and must answer for injuries aggravate.

The chef, rescued by 118 and a Volante, was treated in the hospital, a prognosis of 30 days for him.
