Cagliari, almost 100,000 kg of energy products and a commercial warehouse under seizure

During a check in the sector of excise duties on energy products, the yellow flames of the Cagliari Economic and Financial Police Unit prevented seizure of an entire commercial warehouse with a storage capacity of over 2 thousand cubic meters. Inside, 22,900 liters of diesel (equal to 19 thousand kg); 78 thousand kg of fuel and lubricating oils as they were stored in the absence of the required fire prevention certificate.

The military reported the legal representative of the company to the competent judicial authority for the violation of article 20 of Legislative Decree 139/06 (criminal sanctions and suspension of activity) and article 55 (sanctions for the employer and the manager ) of Legislative Decree 81/08 (Consolidated Safety at Work).
