There is no more time: the start of the renovation works of the two operating rooms of the Businco is scheduled for November 15. An urgent solution is needed, and above all an alternative to the choice of the Company to move the oncology patients of the Busico to the Brotzu to be operated on, and transfer them back to the Businco for hospitalization.
Doctors are on a war footing and patients are very worried: there is a risk that important operations will be seriously delayed.
Hence the decision of the president of the Health Commission Carla Fundoni (Pd) to call an urgent session of the parliament for today at 12. A delegation from the medical side, one from the nurses and the health management of Brotzu will be heard. And the goal is to be able to untie the knot today. Alternatives are being sought: a maneuver that risks causing unpredictable inconveniences could find an alternative.
