The hearing against three people—a 26-year-old and a 36-year-old resident of Selargius, and a 25-year-old of Egyptian origin resident in Rome— accused of the aggravated theft committed last night in Pirri concluded with the validation of the restraining order.

A resident, alarmed by noises coming from a hair salon in the heart of Cagliari's neighborhood, called the emergency number. A patrol from the Cagliari-Pirri station responded to the scene and intercepted the three suspects as they attempted to escape.

According to the police's reconstruction in a statement, the three entered the business after smashing the front window. The loot: five professional hair clippers and the business's takings. The stolen goods were recovered in full and returned to their rightful owner.

The suspects were held in the offices of the Pirri station awaiting trial with a fast-track procedure. Following the trial, in addition to validating the case, the judge decided to apply further precautionary measures , placing the girl under house arrest and ordering the two men to be held in Uta prison.
