The three motorists involved in the dramatic road accident that took place in the early morning on the coast of Quartu were hospitalized at Brotzu and at the Policlinico di Monserrato. The prognosis of the three is linked to the clinical investigations underway in the various departments. The injured all ended up in the hospital in red code. However, no one would be in danger of life.

Meanwhile, the accident squad of the local police of Quartu has reconstructed the dynamics of the incident: the accident occurred around 8 in via Leonardo da Vinci, one of the busiest and most insidious streets in the province. A Mini Cooper traveling in the direction of Flumini, due to causes under investigation, invaded the opposite lane involving a Matiz and a Fiat 500. The first to assist the occupants of the three cars were passing motorists who also launched the '' alarm with the immediate arrival of several 118 ambulances, men from the accident section of the local police and the fire brigade.

Rescue was thus triggered, with the injured transferred to the Polyclinic and Brotuzu, while the Municipal Police began the reliefs of the law, closing the road to traffic. The men of 115 proceeded to extract two people from the twisted metal sheets.

The local police, coordinated by the commander Antonello Angioni and by the captains Renato Melis and Vittorio Cannas, carried out the legal surveys completed a little while ago.
