This year Pinuccio Sciola would have turned 80 and to pay homage to the unforgettable artist, who died in 2016, San Sperate returns with the fifth edition of Sant'Arte, the Festival of visual and performing arts born from an idea of the stone sculptor sound.

The initiative will take place from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 May with 19 events including shows, conferences, presentations of works and projects and concerts. Among the guests also Moni Ovadia and the German musician Limpe Fuchs.

"Our Time has no Time" is the central theme.

THE PROGRAM - On the morning of May 27, focus on the projects that involved various Sardinian schools. In the afternoon, at the Museo del Crudo, the conference entitled “Il Tempo di Sciola” kicks off from 6 pm. At 10pm the sound performance by Limpe Fuchs.

On the second day at 9 at the Sound Garden breakfast with the performance Terra e Perda for solo piano by Andrea Schirru. Continue at 10 in via San Sebastiano where, until the afternoon, you can participate in the creation of an artistic installation, together with the students of the "M. Delitala" Art School of Lanusei. At 11 at the Sound Garden the presentation of the book Posaman & Friends, and, at 12, with the Canti e Suoni per la resistance, concert by pianist Claudio Sanna.

Saturday at 8 pm Moni Ovadia is on stage with the show "The intimate song of the origin", on a text written by him and dedicated to the artist of San Sperate, as a sign of their friendship. At 10pm from the Stones of an Exhibition concert.

For the third and last day, the presentation of "Pinuccio Sciola the teacher, the teacher, the man" will be held at 11 at the Museo del Crudo, first volume of I Quaderni della Fondazione, at 12.30 Jongo Show, a show of juggling and clowning at the Sound Garden. At 4 pm in via San Sebastiano inauguration of the mural by Giacomo Putzu. The evening continues at 7.30 pm in the Megalithic Garden with Elisa Vizioli and Marie Parrinet presenting the show Step by step. Drink to drink. It closes with music with Gavino Murgia at 10pm.
