Jorge Martin on Ducati Pramac won the MotoGP Japanese Grand Prix in Motegi.

In second position the world champion Pecco Bagnaia on the official Ducati. Third Marc Marquez with Honda.

The race was stopped on the 13th lap out of the 24 scheduled due to heavy rain which prevented the drivers from having a good view of the track. According to the regulations, all the points normally expected were awarded as the drivers completed more than half of the race.

Bagnaia is first in the drivers' standings with a 3-point advantage over Martin.
