The build-up to Cagliari-Atalanta, the penultimate matchday of Serie A on Monday at 6:30 PM , continues with two players on personal training: Luca Mazzitelli and Leonardo Pavoletti. While the former's absence was already certain (he'll be out for at least another week, if not two), the latter's has continued since his return from the break. The midfielder has injured his calf, while the captain is dealing with the usual knee discomfort.
Also out – for some time – are Mattia Felici and Riyad Idrissi, who obviously won't be able to play the Cagliari-Atalanta match . The rest of the group initially worked in the gym, followed by technical warm-up exercises on the pitch and a mixed-team match played across the entire pitch.
The Rossoblù, starting with Napoli-Cremonese this evening, will first have to face all their direct relegation rivals on the pitch before playing themselves. They'll continue the countdown with another training session tomorrow, again held in the afternoon at the Crai Sport Center in Assemini .
