Marcell Jakobs is finally back .
The Italian sprinter, Olympic champion, won the 100 meters final at the European Athletics Championships in Munich, with a time of 9 ”95 .
Behind him the two British Hughes (9 ”99) and Azu.
The other Italian, Chituru Ali, also qualified in the final, but did not go beyond the eighth place.
